How do I order online?

When viewing our website please do the following.  Click on desired merchandise category tab. Then click on the item you might be interested in. Alternatively, enter a search term.  Click order box to add item to your shopping cart.  Click Keep Shopping or another merchandise tab on the left to repeat Steps 1 and 2.  To finish your order, click Check Out and follow the instructions from there.

 

What should I do if I have difficulty placing my order online?

If you experience any difficulty placing your order online, or otherwise require assistance, or just want to place the order with a warm human, send us an email or call Warmbier Farms at ( 989) 662-7002 or (989) 662-7003. 

 

What payment options are available?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). Any branded debit cards are accepted for online or in store purchasesIn addition, US funded checks and travelers checks are accepted for in store purchases.

 

Does our website carry everything we carry in store?

Warmbier Farms will carry some items both online and in store.  However, we will never have the variety online that we carry in store.  Online will have a large variety of items that are not carried in store as well.  Some online items are only going to be drop shipped from our current line of over 800 suppliers.  These items are either too large or not cost efficient to carry in store, but we do deal with these suppliers and have seen these items in person and feel that they are a great value and want you to have access to them as well.

 

Can I change my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel an order please contact us at (989) 662-7002 or (989) 662-7003 or by email as soon as possible.  If the order has already left our facility it is too late to change it here.  But anything may be possible before it has physically left our facility.

 

What are your hours and where are you located?

You received a damaged or defective item, you are missing an item, or you received the wrong item.

Please contact Warmbier Farms at (989) 662-7002 or (989) 662-7003 or via email us with your order number, name, address and details on the item you received damaged or defective. We will instruct you on how to proceed with correcting your order. If you would like a replacement sent to you and the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but will be credited for the return once we receive the item back to us. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges.

 

Shipping outside the United States.

We are happy to ship out of the US, however size and weight may become an issue and definitely not all items are shippable out of the US.  Please contact us via email to see if we can ship it and for the shipping rates.

 

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that sometimes you may want to return merchandise. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and simple as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase a return or exchange can be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, or if item is shipped within 2 weeks of date of receipt. All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with your sales receipt.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.

Without a receipt we cannot do an exchange or return, sorry.

At Warmbier Farms we strive for customer satisfaction.  We stand behind the quality of the items we sell.  Please be aware that various products have different needs.  If you have questions or concerns about any item please contact us before you order.  We are happy to go over your concerns before you purchase an item, before you purchase and find the product did not meet your expectations.  Please note that because of the nature of home and garden products we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur once you have an item. 

 

Tax information.

Orders shipped to an address in Michigan or paid for by a customer living in Michigan will be charged 6% state sales tax.
